still celebrating

We had a great time celebrating

the 4th of July

at Jenn & Geoff's

beach club.

The facilities were very nice,

but they paled in comparison

to God's handiwork.

We found our group of friends

under one of the many blue and white umbrellas

dotting the horizon.

Jenn & I sat on the beach

enjoying the libations of the day

while the guys provided

chair service

and 

lots of laughter.

The lifeguards

were ever vigilant 

so there were no worries

as to the safety

of the children 

as they rode the waves

in the ocean.

However,

I was more than a little

concerned 

when faced with these guys.

Clowns just 

freak me out.
